The Upcycled
Exchange
We are dedicated to textile recycling by diverting unwanted clothes from landfill.
Our mission is to educate, repair & redistribute back into our community.
So why do we do what we do?
Australia is the largest textile consumer in the world. More than 200,000 tonnes of textiles end up in landfill each year. Without systematic resources for the collection of unwearable clothing, textile waste has become one of the biggest contributors to Australia’s ongoing waste problem.
because, we care!
